About MARK BRIGGS

You give people your heart; they will give you theirs," says Louisiana born singer/songwriter Mark Briggs. He is not hiding behind a facade. He is transparent and is not afraid to share his heart through his music. He is a communicator who can tell if his audiences are taking his message to their hearts. Mark finds his audiences' agenda and then brings his to them. Tears fall and heads nod in agreement.

Mark is a songwriter that "puts his heart on top of his writing pen and allows it to melt down and come out as ink." He is a Christian who is not afraid of a non-Christian world. He truly likes people and loves to be around them, writing and performing songs about positive Christian attitudes without being fanatical about the message. He sees their needs and addresses them in his music.

Mark's musical style is not obvious, but is recognizable; you know it has influence. His music is like a well-seasoned jambalaya stew with a collage of musical styles of rock, rhythm and blues and country. Music has always been a part of Mark's life. He started his first band in the 7th grade, playing at churches. After high school he went to Bible college and graduated from the International Bible Institute and Seminary. Close friends and relatives advised him to either be a preacher or a singer, but in his heart he knew he could do both. He is now pastoring at Bethel Church in Memphis, Tennessee, and doing over 100 concerts a year in the United States. Mark has also sung, taught and preached at universities, youth conventions and camps in the Philippines, Greece, Brazil, and Italy. His latest project was recorded in Nashville and produced by Mike Smith. Mark wrote nine songs out of ten for the album. The album shows that there is an excitement to being a Christian, and listeners' needs can be fulfilled.

At every concert Mark deposits something in the heart of every audience that is true and Biblical. He gives his audience his heart, and when they absorb his unique talent of transparent communication, they give their hearts to him, and God is glorified.

Tim Gidley

Tim grew up in St. Albans, West Virginia, near Charleston. He was called to the ministry at the age of 13 while attending a youth camp in St. Louis. Although he did not know the facet of ministry he would be involved in he knew the first step to take was prayer. So, as a young man he began intense prayer time before the Lord. This soon led to prayer meetings made up of boys his own age in the Charleston area. During this time he and his family attended Maranatha Fellowship, pastored by Jim Wright. It was there that Tim discovered his talent to play the drums and his gift of vocal ability to sing.

In 1994, Tim won the West Virginia Christian Talent Competition, which opened doors to many area Christian churches. Soon after that the Lord expanded his ministry to a national and international level including ministry in Israel, Mexico, Canada, India, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Over the last two years Tim has had the opportunity to travel with RMMI, headed by Dony McGuire and Reba Rambo McGuire, daughter of Dottie and Buck Rambo. During this time of mentoring, a new anointing fell on Tim's ministry of word and music.

At the beginning of 1999, the Lord blessed Tim with his companion. He now travels and ministers with his wife, Sabrina Gidley, who also ministers with the art of interpretive ballet. The couple feels a special anointing as Sabrina worships in ballet while Tim sings. Sabrina has taught ballet in ballet studios and church. At ten years of age the Lord put the desire of dance in her heart and she began her training. The Lord has brought many opportunities for Sabrina to perform both classical ballet and worship ballet in church. Sabrina's desire to train children in the worship form of the ballet dance is partly inspired by her love of children. She is a certified elementary school teacher as well as having worked extensively with autistic children. Knowing that the art form of ballet belongs to worship God, Sabrina is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with both children and adults.
